Christmas Pop-Up Box Cards

Hi everyone,

I have here today two very cute cards to show you all for Aunty Vera Scrap and Craft's awesome Christmas craft month! 🎄

I absolutely LOVE creating pop-up box cards, they are one of my favourite types of card to make.

First I created this card with a cute Santa popping up from out of the chimney. He has a present in one of his hands and some more presents sitting around the edge of the chimney ready to be handed out to the people who have been good this year. 😊

I used Doodlebug Design's 'Dear Santa' 12x12" paper from the Milk and Cookies Collection for this card as well as their Odds and Ends die cuts. I have used some Wink of Stella for Santa's hat and the snow that is on the chimney for some added sparkle. I added some dimension to Santa's eyes and his gloves by using a Sakura Gelly Roll glaze pen in black. The presents are from My Favorite Things 'Happy Pawlidays' stamp set and the sentiment is from Lawn Fawn's 'Happy Happy Happy' stamp set.

I just love Santa's sparkly hat! 😄

Let's move on to the second and final card!

I created this card with these two cute furry friends celebrating Christmas together and sitting near the colourful decorated Christmas tree. 😊

I used Doodlebug Design's 'Jolly Gingerbread' 12x12" paper from the Milk and Cookies Collection for this card as well as their Odds and Ends die cuts. I have used some Wink of Stella for the dog and cat's Santa hats for some added sparkle. I added some dimension to their eyes and dog's nose by using a Sakura Gelly Roll glaze pen in black and a clear one for the cat's nose. The sentiment is from My Favorite Things 'Happy Pawlidays' stamp set. For the tree I used some Wink of Stella for the star and then went over the star and the baubles with some Glossy Accents.

I hope you all enjoyed my projects for Aunty Vera Scrap and Craft.
Thank you for visiting my blog and feel free to let me know what you think of these projects in the comments below. 😊
